Frequently asked

How & when will I receive my photos?+

You'll get a gallery of sneak-peek images within 48 hours. Your full gallery is delivered in about 4-6 weeks via Pic-Time, where you can download everything and share the link with friends and family. Expect roughly 125 images per hour of coverage, all hand-edited in my signature style.

How does the booking process work?+

First you fill out my contact form. I'll send over my guide, and a 25% retainer books your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before. We sign the contract electronically, then stay in touch in the lead-up with questionnaires and a timeline through your client portal.

Where do sessions take place?+

Wherever fits your vision: on location around Orlando, out in nature, at your venue, or in my own studio, SMP Creative Studio. Studio sessions are included with your booking: you pay for your photography, never a studio rental fee on top.

What is an associate photographer?+

An associate works under my brand as an independent contractor, so I can offer my style to more clients even when I'm already booked. My associates shoot in the same style for a consistent experience, and I still handle your consultation, timeline, editing, and final delivery.

How long have you been a wedding photographer?+

I started in 2008 as a portrait photographer, shot my first wedding in 2012, and went full-time in October 2017. I've now photographed 400+ weddings. Getting to do what I love for a living is my greatest achievement.

What gear do you use, and do you have backups?+

I'm a Canon shooter with four full-frame bodies (two 5D Mark III, two R6). Every camera has dual card slots, so your images are backed up to two locations before I even leave. I carry prime and zoom lenses and am proficient with off-camera flash for beautiful light in tricky conditions.

Ready when you are.
