Choosing your wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make while planning your wedding. The cake gets eaten, the flowers wilt, your families go home, but your photos last forever. These images will bring back the memories and the feelings that you and your partner felt on your wedding day. Your photos also last though future generations, your kids and grandkids will one day look back and see these! What a wild thought!
how long have you been a wedding photographer?
I started photography back in 2008 as a portrait photographer. In 2012 I had the opportunity to shoot my first wedding, and ever since then, I was hooked! In October of 2017, I was able to go full time with my business. Becoming a full time photographer has been my greatest achievement! I am so thankful to be able to do what I love for a living! I have shot 119 weddings to date!
How & when will I receive my photos?
I am so glad you asked! I deliver a gallery of sneak peek images from your wedding day in less than 48 hours. Your remaining gallery will be delivered about 3-4 weeks. You will see all of your images online via Pass Gallery and are able to download and send the link to friends and family. A few weeks later, you will receive a super cute rose gold USB with your images on them in a wooden box, right to your mail box, the perfect little keepsake!
You should expect about 125/images per hour of photography. All photos are hand edited by me in my signature style.
how does the booking process work?
You will first fill out my contact form. From there, I will send you my wedding guide via email. It is $500 to book your date, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. You, your partner and I will electronically sign the contract, and then its official! In the months leading up to your wedding, we remain in contact. I will send questionnaires to the online client portal I will make for you. These forms go over logistics of the day: photography timeline, family formal photos and groupings as well as important contact information for all vendors involved.
WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE AND DO YOU HAVE BACK UPS?
I am a canon shooter. I have 2 full frame camera bodies: Canon 5D Mark IV and 5D Mark III. Both of my cameras have dual memory card slots, which is essential when shooting weddings. This means that your images are backed up to 2 locations before I even leave the wedding. I have multiple prime lenses that I use to capture macro images of your diamond ring as well as extended zoom lenses so that I am not all up in your business during your ceremony. I am proficient in Off Camera Flash, which means I set up a few light stands in strategic areas of your reception and trigger my flashes to go off simultaneously, creating beautiful light in not so beautiful lighting conditions.
