Paola and Jorge had an elegant and classic morning ceremony and afternoon reception at the Crystal Ballroom in Orlando, Florida on September, 12th 2015. The couple met at a Youth Camp and started dating a year later. On their second anniversary Jorge knew Paola was the one and he popped the question!
The bride got ready in an upstairs bridal suite with the help of her bridesmaids.  Paola did her own make up while a family friend styled her hair in a traditional up-do to show off her gorgeous drop earrings.

We captured a very touching moment between the bride and her father after we suggested a first look.  Which resulted in this heart warming image.  There was not a dry eye in the room! Including myself.

Her hair style and earrings paired perfectly with the 14 foot long Cathedral veil. Paola's mother helped put the finishing touches on her look before it was time to walk down the isle.

She carried a small posy style bouquet of blush colored roses wrapped in white ribbon, embellished with an intricate and very sparkly broach.  She wore an Ivory fit-n-flare dress with a soft sweetheart top covered by an illusion neckline with lace embellishments.

Talk about sparkle... the Bride wore the most amazing pair of gold heels! They were to die for. A personalized touch was also added to the bottom of her wedding shoes. Look how well they matched with the table cloth.  Yes, that gold backdrop is actually part of a table!

The couple had matching rose gold rings. She wore a trinity band with traditional white diamonds, while the he wore a rose gold wedding band.  One of Paola's favorite touches was her manicure, a beautiful blush color with rose gold sparkles and accent gems.

The ceremony was all white with pops of pink color in the aisle in the form of rose petal swirls creating a beautiful walk for the bride. This aisle decoration really was reminiscent of the bride’s vibrant personality. The chairs incorporated a subtle touch of Gold and bulbs of white roses which added a very classy touch to the soft color palette.

The marriage was officiated by Javier, a family friend, adding a very personal touch. The ceremony was held in a balance of Spanish and English with a hint of humor. The couple held a coin exchange ceremony which is a Hispanic tradition where the Groom presents the Bride with coins to symbolize his willingness to provide for her as her husband.

The couple wrote their own vows for the ceremony that were incredibly touching. The Bride recited hers with joyful tears in her eyes. The Groom wrote very touching and humorous vows promising to be the Brides “Iron Man” touching on Proverbs 27:17 “as iron sharpens iron so one person does another”, stating that they always make one another better by being together.  He also vowed to "Never complain about how long the line was at Chipotle".

After the ceremony, the bride and groom stepped outside for some portraits as a newly wed couple.  They enjoyed some precious moments alone away from friends and family to just be with one another.  This is one of the most important parts of planning a wedding, setting time aside to be together.  It makes for awesome photos.

Meanwhile back in the reception area, friends and family eagerly awaited the arrival of the bridal party.  Inside, the use of Ivory, Gold, and Blush was prominent with small hints of Silver, Pearl, and White shining through. The bride chose to use all of these colors because she could not make a definitive choice on one color scheme.  It perfectly conveyed the classy elegance that the bride had envisioned for her special day. The reception space was decorated to continue the style from the Ceremony.  The tables were set up with varying different types of centerpieces making each table unique from one another.  The awesome set up was provided by Alberto from the Crystal Ballroom.

The couple danced to Rest by Bruno Mars, as their first dance as a married couple. Paola and Jorge also included a Father-Daughter and Mother-Son dance which was a very sentimental moment before the DJ really got the party started.

The couple served bacon wrapped chicken with yellow rice and potato salad. They later cut into a very simple and elegant cake made by Sweets by Holly and was white with Rose-Gold accents with 4 tiers of delicious red velvet cake.

After eating, the DJ, Richard who was also a friend of the couple, got everyone up and moving with plenty of dance worthy music. A fusion of popular Latin and American music got everyone on their feet. The couple was surprised with a Dollar Dance, where the guests were invited to take turns dancing with either the bride or groom while contributing to their Honeymoon Fund.

The music only briefly stopped for the traditional garter and bouquet toss.

All of the amazing moments of this celebration of the joining of Paola and Jorge were captured brilliantly by Sydney of Sydney Morman Photography paired with Kasey capturing all of the small details of the celebration to complete this blog post highlighting this amazing day for the bride and groom. This was coupled with a friend of the Bride and Groom’s, Reece capturing great moments doing the videography for this special day. The entire event was coordinated flawlessly by Alberto who ensured the event went off without a hitch all day!

It was such an honor to attend such a beautiful and personalized wedding day. You could really feel the love and support that Paola and Jorge were surrounded with. Their family and friends paired with their lovely venue created a very personalized event.  Thank you for allowing us to share & document your special day!
